FAQ Hawaii currently assists Hawaii's largest bank with follow-up phone calls related to a
mail campaigns for several major divisions.

GEAR UP HAWAII
FAQ Hawaii has completed over 2,800 telephone surveys among graduating high school
seniors and parents from 2007-2010 for this federal program whose mission is to
significantly increase the number of low-income students who are prepared to enter and
succeed in post-secondary education.  The State of Hawaii's GEAR UP program is a
consortium of partners that include the State of Hawaii Department of Education, the University
of Hawaii's ten-campus system and many community partners.

FAQ Hawaii conducted intercept surveys among shoppers of Windward Mall on the island of
Oahu for this national owner and manager of over 200 regional malls.

FAQ Hawaii completed over 500 intercept surveys among shoppers at Pearlridge Mall for San
Diego-based market research firm, Berkey Research, who specializes in shopping center
research.   

HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY (HPHA)
FAQ Hawaii conducted a statewide Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis for this state
housing agency.  FAQ Hawaii conducted over 1,200 CAPI surveys among residents of public
housing sites throughout the state and a web survey among service providers for this major
study.

FAQ Hawaii conducted the homeless
point-in-time count for the islands of Maui, Kauai and the
Big Island for 2007.

FAQ Hawaii conducted the 2003 PHDEP Annual Survey, a mail survey among residents of
various housing developments throughout the state of Hawaii on their attitudes about various
aspects of the housing developments.

HAWAII STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
FAQ Hawaii conducted a telephone survey among 200 parents of  students who participated
in a school flu vaccination program.

largest telephone services provider.

FAQ Hawaii completed over 1,300 telephone surveys among the customers of the Kauai
Department of Water of the county of Kauai.

KAUAI PLANNING AND ACTION ALLIANCE (KPAA)
FAQ Hawaii completed the third wave in 2011.  FAQ Hawaii conducted the second wave 2008
of an island-wide telephone survey among Kauai residents for this non-profit membership
organization.  The original wave survey was conducted in
2006.

KIYOMURA-ISHIMOTO ASSOCIATES (KI)
FAQ Hawaii conducted a telephone survey about family programs and services among
first generation Vietnamese of Santa Clara California for this San Francisco-based
marketing and consulting firm.  The survey was translated in their native language and
called by interviewers fluent in Vietnamese and English.

FAQ Hawaii conducted monthly mystery shops for the past five years for this Kauai-based
firm's ice cream outlets.

FAQ Hawaii conducted a statewide telephone survey among the farming and agricultural
