this attraction for the past 4 years.  The survey asked visitors questions
relating to traffic and activities at the attraction.

FAQ Hawaii conducted telephone surveys among both residents and
businesses on three islands for this Indiana-based marketing research
firm.

FIRST HAWAIIAN BANK (FHB)
FAQ Hawaii recently conducted follow-up phone calls related to a mail
campaign for a major division for Hawaii's largest bank.

GEARUP
FAQ Hawaii recently completed conducting the 2008 survey among over
800 high school seniors throughout the state of Hawaii.

FAQ Hawaii conducted a statewide telephone survey among parents of
high school students.

FAQ Hawaii called over 1,700 high school students statewide to see if
they needed assistance with their scholarship applications.

FAQ Hawaii conducted telephone surveys calling over 1,500 Hawaii
students for this federal program whose mission is to significantly increase
the number of low-income students who are prepared to enter and

Windward Mall on the island of Oahu for this national owner and manager
of over 200 regional malls.

FAQ Hawaii completed over 500 intercept surveys among shoppers at
Pearlridge Mall for San Diego-based market research firm, Berkey
Research, who specializes in shopping center research.   

HAWAIIAN TELCOM
FAQ Hawaii continues to conduct a statewide telephone survey with
customers for Hawaii's largest telephone services provider.  So far, over
3,200 surveys have been completed by FAQ Hawaii.

HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY (HPHA)
FAQ Hawaii conducted a statewide Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis
for this state housing agency.  FAQ Hawaii conducted over 1,200 CAPI
surveys among residents of public housing sites throughout the state and
a web survey among serivice providers for this major study.

homeless point-in-time count for the islands of
Maui, Kauai and the Big Island for 2007.

FAQ Hawaii conducted the 2003 PHDEP Annual Survey, a mail survey
among residents of various housing developments throughout the

FAQ Hawaii recently conducted a telephone survey among 200 parents
of students who participated in a school flu vaccination program.

FAQ Hawaii recently submitted a comprehensive report on manufacturing
companies using current data from a variety of sources.  The HTDC, a
state agency, offers a wide variety of business development programs

of Vice President for campus strategies.

FAQ Hawai recently completed a mail survey for the 2008 Pauahi Keiki
Scholars program.

FAQ Hawaii recently completed the 2008 Native Hawaiian Well-Being
Hawaii Community Survey.  Telephone surveys were conducted among
over 5,000 households statewide.

FAQ Hawaii conducted the KS Preschool Year-End Family Mail Survey
and conducted a mail survey for the 2007 Pauahi Keiki Scholars program.  

FAQ Hawaii conducted the 2006 Hawaiian Cultural Influences in
Education Study, a mixed-mode mail and web survey among over 3,000
Native Hawaiian students and parents statewide.  

For the Spring and Summer of 2005 and 2006, FAQ Hawaii conducted the
K-Scholars internet and telephone surveys for KS.  

FAQ Hawaii completed the 2005 Parent Cultural Practices and Beliefs
survey.  This project consisted of data processing over 3,500 survey
forms of a culture mail survey that was conducted among parents.  
Follow-up calls were made to those parents who were not able to
complete the survey forms and telephone surveys were conducted.  

FAQ Hawaii conducted the annual 2004 Hawaiian Community Survey, a
statewide telephone survey among 1,925 Native Hawaiian households,
collecting information about the educational and developmental needs
among Native Hawaiian children, families and communities

KAUAI PLANNING AND ACTION ALLIANCE (KPAA)
FAQ Hawaii conducted an island-wide telephone survey among Kauai
residents for this non-profit membership organization.

KIYOMURA-ISHIMOTO ASSOCIATES (KI)
FAQ Hawaii conducted a telephone survey among the Vietnamese
community of Santa Clara California for this San Francisco-based
